Weather Policy

At Randy Brown Golf.com we strive to provide you with the best golf teaching experience possible.   We ask for your cooperation to make this happen. 

All lessons and golf schools are given rain or shine.   The only exceptions are lightning, tornado or hurricane warnings.

Please plan ahead and wear the proper clothing for cool or rainy days.  Central Florida weather can change rapidly so we recommend layering for cool days and a good rain suit for rainy days. 

All diligence will be made on our part to make certain that you get all of the hours that you have booked for.  This may include a change in your daily schedule and some days might be slightly longer or shorter depending on weather conditions.

One-hour lessons require your credit card number to reserve the lesson.   You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your lesson, however if you do not cancel and you do not take your lesson you will be charged for the lesson.

Your reservation becomes confirmed when we receive your check or process your credit card.  

Our half-day and multiple day school cancellation policy is simple.  If you need to cancel your school, you will receive a total refund if you cancel any time up to fourteen days before the first day of school.  

Cancellations in the fourteen days prior to the date of your school are not refundable; however, you can transfer your deposit to another school date within one year of your original school date. 

The balance of your school fees are due at registration on the morning of your first day of golf school.   These deposits and fees may be paid by cash, check or credit cards.  We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Randy has an exclusive arrangement with his home course to keep the Unit parked right alongside the course where you're practicing.  Your lessons can freely move from the fairways and greens to the lab and back again. Randy makes sure that every minute of your lesson counts.
